We do have all clients sign a contract, for your protection and ours.  However, the contract is renewed on a month-to-month basis so you will never be locked into a long-term contract and can leave at any time.

Yes! If you aren't satisfied with the level of care within the first 14 days, just let us know and you'll receive a full refund.  Please note that since we refund 100%, any assets we’ve created (like your new site) won’t be transferred or retained.

If you decide to cancel, you will be able to keep any assets and deliverable created for your Escape Room, upon request, so long as the 14-day refund period has passed.

This will depend largely on your starting point and the package you select. Most deliverables, like a website and landing page, are completed within the first 2 weeks, at which point any selected Ad or SEO campaigns can begin. Paid Ads can begin to generate results within days or weeks, while organic SEO can take weeks or months before results become apparent.

All plans come with a dedicated account manager, so you can expect to have a consistent voice in your corner for any concerns or questions.

Not at all! After a 45 minute onboarding call, we'll send over a request with all the information we need.  Once we have that, we'll handle everything else. You'll get monthly updates and have the option for a 30-min monthly call, depending on your package.

These calls are a great way to stay up-to-date with reporting and your marketing strategy, but are optional.
